Steven’s Story
First of all let’s get one thing straight – I thought the Hotze program was going to be a bunch of crap! But I had to go; my wife made me. I have been in sales throughout my entire working career and being able to meet the physical and mental demands of the job meant that you needed to be physically and mentally fit. However, over the last 6 or 7 years my stamina and drive started to dwindle, so off to the doctor I went. Only to discover that I had high blood pressure and needed to be put on Accupril. Well, it was not too many months being on blood pressure medicine that my cholesterol was high, so the doctor put me on Lipitor and only a few months after the cholesterol medicine my triglycerides were over 600. The doctor thought he was doing a good job – because every time I had another symptom, he had another medication. I finally asked him to check my testosterone level, which he did reluctantly, and I was on the low side for someone my age; however, I was still in the normal range. The reason I had my testosterone checked was due to the fact that I was not performing sexually as I used to – and guess what? That’s right – he had a pill for that too!
Now fast forward to December 2004. That is when my wife’s friend went to the Hotze clinic and started feeling much better. My wife went and had the same results. That is when she made me go as well. She was tired of hearing me always complaining and coming home from work and going to bed. So I made an appointment. I had never been to a doctor that actually spent time talking with you and listening. I was immediately taken off of the cholesterol and triglyceride medicine; however, they kept me on the blood pressure medicine until it was lowered naturally. Like the rest of you, I went home with a lot of vitamins, testosterone and thyroid pills – and YES I was still skeptical. However, after a year on the program my cholesterol and triglycerides are in the normal range and I have lost a considerable amount of weight around my middle. I feel great and have a better attitude towards life. And after being on the testosterone, I do not need that other pill the other doctor gave me! The only reason I am writing this letter is to encourage other men that are having the same symptoms to get rid of your pride and go to the Hotze clinic – It really will help!!
