Three years ago, I was 42 and felt like I was trapped in the body of an 80 year old woman!
I was having chronic migraines all the time. I was taking the maximum dose of a preventative anti-seizure medicine that was not helping and could do major damage to my liver. I was taking the maximum dose of medicine to help the severe daily acid reflux I was suffering with, which was not helping. The doctor said the only remaining option was to do surgery and make “corrections” to my digestive system! Yikes! I was suffering with constant extreme fatigue, frequently falling asleep at signals after 9 hours of sleep. My joints ached all the time; I was 40 pounds overweight, and my desire for most anything was gone. After a hysterectomy, I was suffering with hot flashes and night sweats that were non-stop. I had been through MRIs, blood tests, upper and lower GI tests, and so many more I cannot even begin to list. Surely there was someone who could give me my life back!
At a day spa one day, I shared lunch with a woman who told me of her struggles and how the Hotze Health and Wellness Center had helped her. Hallelujah! This was the answer to my prayers. I went to see Dr. Hotze and told him of ALL my problems. He smiled and said “It’s all going to be OK. We can definitely help you”.
After completing the yeast-free eating program, I lost 35 lbs and was able to get off of all the medicine for the acid reflux and no longer have any problems!! I am on the bio-identical hormone therapy, Armour Thyroid and cortisol. I no longer take ANY medicine for migraines and rarely get one!! I have energy, rest well and look forward to each day that I am blessed with.
Now I feel like a vibrant, joyful 45 year old woman with my whole life ahead of me. Thanks to the professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable doctors and staff at the Center, I have my life back!
