A recent clinical review of sublingual immunotherapy published on March 27, 2013 in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) offered supporting evidence of the effectiveness of the allergy treatment protocol used by Hotze Health & Wellness Center. An abstract of the study is available here.

According to the study, sublingual allergy drops improved asthma and seasonal allergy symptoms in most patients by as much as 40 percent compared with a placebo or other allergy medication.

Hotze Health & Wellness Center has been treating inhalant allergies with the use of sublingual drops for more than 20 years.

“This study offers further evidence of the effectiveness of our treatment regimen,” said founder and CEO of Hotze Health & Wellness Center, Dr. Steven Hotze. “The antigens used in creating our allergy drops are FDA approved and have been shown to be effective for decades. While the drops are regularly used in Europe, the same is not the case in the U.S. due to progress often stifled by regulatory agencies.”

Hotze Health & Wellness Center addresses inhalant allergies by giving a dose under the tongue of the very substances to which a person reacts when these substances are inhaled. A good blocking antibody, IgG, is built up, which blocks the allergy reaction. The allergy treatment is an immunization, which desensitizes the individual to the allergens to which they are reacting.
