The Houston Chronicle’s Top Work Places 2014 recognizes Houston’s top workplaces based on employee surveys. Winners are divided into three categories: small, midsize and large. More than 78,000 Houston-area employees evaluated their employers for this year's Top Workplaces section, rating their companies in such areas as opportunities for advancement, the value of pay and benefits, and their bosses' communication and management skills.
