Yeast Die-Off Symptoms

As you endure an intense eating program, such as the yeast-free diet, you may experience a detox phase which we refer to as “die-off”.

As you treat yeast overgrowth, large numbers of yeast cells die off quickly, releasing their toxins into the body. These toxins are quickly absorbed into the colon membrane and circulate throughout the entire body and may cause adverse symptoms. These toxins affect the mucous membranes in the mouth, esophagus, stomach, small and large intestines, sexual and urinary organs, sinuses and many other parts of the body. This explains why the entire body reacts to die-off; the body must eliminate these toxins.

Below are the most common die-off symptoms:

• Achy joints
• Belching
• Bladder infection
• Bloating
• Bowel or stool changes
• Decreased appetite
• Diarrhea
• Dizziness
• Dry mouth
• Eczema
• Fatigue
• Flu-like symptoms
• Food cravings
• Gas
• Generalized itching or rash
• Headaches
• Irritability
• Lightheadedness
• Nausea
• Sinus infection
• Yeast infection (jock itch, vaginal or skin)

To help alleviate die-off symptoms, you may take Neutral-Tabs, an all-natural solution that help the body to detox from the yeast toxins. Additionally, drinking plenty of water, exercising and soaking in Epsom salt baths may ease die-off symptoms.

Each person’s die-off reactions are different. Your body will react in a unique and individual way so just remember that everybody and everybody is different and it is common to experience a little bit of die-off as you endure the yeast-free eating plan.
