Today Begins Yeast-Free with Me & A Fresh Start

Today we are kicking off Yeast-Free with Me! Are you excited? We certainly are!

For those of you who have officially joined Yeast-Free with Me, you should have already received a few starter emails with instructions and ideas. We plan on sending you several more over the course of the next 4 weeks filled with encouragement and ideas to motivate you! We will be posting information on this blog for you to read and many others will mastermind on our Yeast-Free with Me message board. However, it’s up to you to make the decision to stick with it. What’s going to separate this eating program from the one that you tried last summer that fizzled after two weeks? Or the one you began last year around this time? The answer? You.

It’s up to you. Whether or not you are successful on the yeast-free eating program is your choice. It’s the result of your daily decisions. You make your choices and eventually, your choices make you. Here are a few choices we encourage you to make that will affect your daily decisions and ultimately your success:

1.Visualize your life without those extra five to ten pounds or the symptoms of yeast overgrowth. What does that look like? Now, capture that image and hold on to it. You’ll need this picture to keep you motivated. It will remind you why you’re doing this.

2.Write down your goal. Post it on your refrigerator, your bathroom mirror, on the dash of your car – the places that you will see your goal most frequently.

3.Tell a friend or family member. Accountability makes you think twice when making a decision.

4.Plan your weekly meals in advance. We’ve said this numerous times, but planning your week allows you to foresee potential roadblocks and prepare a way around them. Knowing your steps keeps you in a forward motion and working toward your goal.

5.Focus on what you can have, instead of what you cannot. Yeast-free eating doesn’t have to be boring. Use this time to discover different ways of cooking and try new vegetables and spices. Learn how to cook real food! How many of your friends can say that they know how to cook sans canned, packaged or boxed food?

Now, are you ready to be successful? You are in charge of your success on the yeast-free eating program, but we will be with you every step of the way!,
