Transcription of Dr. Hotze’s Video on How to Get Rid of Allergies without Painful Shots:

Hello, I’m Dr. Steve Hotze. Houston has been called the allergy capital of the world. Common allergy symptoms are itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing, recurrent sinus infections, bronchitis, asthma, eczema, headaches, skin rashes, and stomach disorders. Allergies are an abnormal reaction to normal occurring substances in the environment – things that you breathe in the air like weed, tree, and grass pollens, dust mites, mold spores, and animal danders.

Foods may also cause allergy reactions. In children, food allergies can cause behavioral problems. Common food allergies are wheat, corn, egg, milk, yeast, and soybean, because these are in all the processed foods.

Unfortunately, over-the-counter allergy medications only mask the symptoms. For long term allergy relief, allergy drops given under the tongue may be the answer. This replaces the time consuming, and painful process of weekly allergy shots at the doctor’s office. Pain free allergy drops under the tongue come in a bottle that can be used in the convenience of your own home. It is a safe and effective alternative to injections. If your allergy symptoms are causing you grief, then the relief that you need may be right under your tongue.
