2 Reasons Why You are Always Tired

Do you find yourself feeling tired all the time, no matter what you do? Do you feel like you’re always running on empty with absolutely no energy? Even when you get a good night’s sleep, are you still tired all day long? Is it affecting your ability to be productive at work? Does it affect your home life? Are you not living life to its fullest?

It seems like everyone feels tired these days, but it doesn’t have to be this way. There are two very common reasons that so many men and women are low in energy, and conventional doctors often fail to identify these underlying causes. This leaves the patient feeling hopeless and out of options. It also opens the door to being prescribed numerous unneeded prescription drugs that don’t solve the problem and just make you feel worse.

1. Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism is a condition in which your thyroid gland either does not produce enough thyroid hormones or those hormones are not being used properly within your cells. With hypothyroidism, your metabolism slows down and you don’t have the energy you need to function well, and the resulting fatigue is a very common symptom. Most people assume feeling tired is just a part of getting older and accept that they will just have to live with it; however that is not the case.  Learn why fatigue is caused by hypothyroidism and hormone decline, and what you can do to get your energy back.

Take Lisa’s story, for instance. She was so tired that she once fell asleep at the breakfast table with her son in his high chair. She had severe fatigue and trouble sleeping.  She also had chronic sinus infections, stomach problems and brain fog.  She was initially prescribed synthetic thyroid for hypothyroidism by a conventional doctor, however she still did not get well. Find out how Lisa got her energy, her brain function and her life back!

2. Adrenal Fatigue

Has stress become a part of your everyday life?  Do you struggle to get out of bed in the morning and rely on coffee to get you through the day?  If your answer is “yes,” then you could be suffering from adrenal fatigue. Adrenal fatigue is a common health problem that Americans face today.  Unfortunately, most people are unaware that this could be the cause of their symptoms because their doctor never brought it up as a possibility.  Like hypothyroidism, it is a common condition that is overlooked by conventional medicine, and many doctors deny that adrenal fatigue is even real!  But we know better. Learn the signs and symptoms of adrenal fatigue and what you can do about it.

Ryanne had such extreme fatigue that she felt like a “zombie girl.” She could not get off of the couch and was missing out on life. Conventional doctors told her that her blood tests were “normal” and that she was fine, and they did not listen to her symptoms to evaluate the root cause of her fatigue. In this video, Dr. Hotze explains how hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue are a common underlying cause of extreme fatigue, and what you can do to get your energy and vitality back!
