In recent times, because of ED, I have gone to Men’s Clinic of America and was found to have low testosterone whereupon they prescribed a 20% testosterone creme to be applied daily at the rate of one gram plus they have their own tadalafil product that is an under the tongue (sublingual?) product both of which have helped some.
I also have been to see a Urologist who had blood tests run and found that my testosterone was very high, 1200?, and advised that I cut back, or, cut out the creme and he prescribed the 5 gram Cialis for daily use but, to tell the truth, I could not see much difference, if any, from the MCA products which are much less expensive.

I still have the typical low energy, low stamina, etc., problems plus the belly fat and I am getting a lot of joint pain to the point that I have been going to a Chiropractor (with some good results) but I still tend to be stoop shouldered where I used to be very erect. So, with all that info, do you belief that there is anything that your clinic can do for me at this point.

      Dear Mr. Carnahan,
Thank you for your question. Your symptoms suggest that you may also be low thyroid. If so, this can result in ED even though ED is often not discussed in respect to hypothyroidism. With hypothyroidism, ANY body function can decline. Also, your testosterone level is likely a total hormone level. If so, one really needs to see what the free hormone level is, as this is the usable portion. It’s unusual, but possible to have a total level high in the range and still have a low free fraction. Please take our symptom checker health quiz to help identify the cause of your symptoms: http://makeshift-worm.flywheelsites.com/symptom-checker/hormone-thyroid-adrenals-for-men/ We will be happy to help you.
